Este Foro se propone discutir algunos de los problemas de la educación básica señalados en el documento sobre la reforma educativa recientemente hecho público por profesores del DIE.
Las tres mesas programadas reúnen a especialistas que aportarán su conocimiento al debate de las políticas en curso. El análisis abordará las nuevas propuestas, la persistencia de viejos problemas y la emergencia de otros alrededor de tres temáticas: la perspectiva y la oferta del nivel con miras a lograr una mejor educación para todos; los problemas de la enseñanza y el aprendizaje en las aulas con relación a las nuevas orientaciones y la actual configuración de los actores intervinientes en la formulación y realización de las políticas.
